My work is focused on supporting you to connect with your inner wisdom, shift how you relate with yourself, and remember your unique gifts.
I’m a holistic psychotherapist, honoring mind, body, spirit. I believe that you are whole as you are, resilient, and capable of growing and healing. Utilizing mindfulness and drawing upon Internal Family Systems (IFS), I strive to help clients cultivate curiosity and compassion so they have more agency and choice. My work is also inspired by my love for nature and eco-psychology.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, mood dysregulation, body image, disordered eating, trauma or overwhelm, together we can work to uncover the root of what is holding you back and find new pathways and possibilities.

AYURVEDA
I educate and empower clients with the tools to align with nature and awaken inner wisdom. Ayurveda recognizes the uniqueness of each individual. After a comprehensive intake, I offer personalized recommendations to help you restore balance and return to your true nature (constitution), bringing you into a state of greater connection, ease, and flow. I focus on increasing self-awareness and preventing dis-ease utilizing practices of yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and seasonal self-care rituals.
